Customer did a factory reset on an S7 phone and forgot their password to their gmail account. This is a tough case since the android OS will not allow you to use USB debug mode or any other modes. We were able to use modem commands to get the phone running and access the downloads page. then we removed the original account and added a new one. This is a weird case of customer losing their info! and one of our highly talented techs was able to find a fix for this issue! thanks Jeff!
Customer came in to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930A. We checked IMEI for theft, it was clean. Though after checking the IMEI on ATT the locked carrier we were sure that he did not fully pay off the phone. This is a breach of ATT contract.
