We repair a few iCharger Duo issues. including no power, and channel repair.
iCharger No Power Repair
We have seen a few components blow up to the point of crippling the device. please do not add any more power to the unit if it doesn’t come up with the recommended 30v max power supply input. This can cause irreversible damage. however, in most cases, we identify the MOSFETs and fuses and they are replaced. The channels and the device then come back to life. This no-power issue could be caused by the main input power regulator. those are also replaceable. Please see the videos on our YouTube and TikTok channels for the no-power repair.
in rare cases, some blow up the main controller and we do not have replacement chips for now! no fix no fee just pay to ship

iCharger Channel repair
Most commonly the channel doesn’t charge the batteries. Usually due to fuses or a dead MOSFETs. There are times where the regulators are also blown and need replacements, we have many videos on our YouTube Channel on this repair.

Hi, do you guys fix PowerLab chargers also?
hi, i have an icharger 4010 duo battery charger. it didn’t work and I eliminated lm2596 by adding a separate circuit with lm2596 supplying the 12v on the fan pins. the whole thing worked for a few minutes, then ,died. do you have any suggestion?? Thank you
We do not custom mod any of the circuits. we replace the all the components that are burnt or going bad with original same model Chips.
On the 4010 Duo, do you know what diode I need, I smoked 025-2 along with a FET? The FETs are easy, this other bugger I’m not sure.
I have been having an issue with my 308 duo on channel 2 today it smoked i took power away immediately.
456 duo stopped working, won’t power on, purchased 09/2023. Are you able to do the repair under warranty?
Thanks
Dan Killa
If the warranty is valid yes!
I have a duo 406 charger and one if my midgets on the right channel smoked. I tried to repair it and purchased the mosfets but I cannot unsolder the burnt mosfet. What do you charge to repair then?
