How To Ship A PlayStation Cheaply and Efficiently
Here is how to ship a PlayStation effectively to our facilities for repair.
Step 1
Fill out a Repair Ticket Request and indicate “Mail-In Repair”. Please make sure to visit your local USPS office to find FREE boxes. You will need this, MEDIUM FLAT RATE, BOX 2 (A-D). If you would like a box mailed to you please reply to your ticket email and let us know to order you one.

Once you receive your box, fold the flaps like shown above (A-F), the small ones first (A), large flap with small lettering second (B) and then remove tape strip cover (C-D) and close the “Priority Mail” flap, last (E). That completes sealing one side of the box and the other end remains open (F), where you will insert your PlayStation

Find some newspaper (A) and make SIX (6) balls that are TWO (2) sheets thick to pad the corners of your PlayStation 4 (B-C). Next, take FOUR to SIX (4-6) sheets of newspaper and fold or roll them (D). Place the rolled newspaper in the bottom of the box through the open end (D-F)

Take TWO (2) balls of the newspaper that you made and pad each corner of the FRONT END (start/eject button side) of your PlayStation and slide it into the open end of the box (A-B). You should now only see the BACK END (where you put the plugs in) as shown above (B). Next, take TWO (2) more balls of newspaper and pad around the remaining TWO (2) corners of your PlayStation (C-D). Then, fold TWO (2) sheets of newspaper into rectangles and insert on one side of the box and repeat for the other side (F-G). Finally, add the remaining TWO (2) balls of newspaper to the box (G)

Fold the flaps like shown above (A-D), the small ones first (A), large flap with small lettering second (B) and then remove tape strip cover (C) and close the “Priority Mail” flap, last (D). That completes sealing your box, congratulations! Your PlayStation 4 is now ready to be shipped to TDR! Please remember not to send in any cords, controllers or games unless indicated otherwise or unless your disc drive won’t eject. Also do not forget to write your ticket number somewhere on the box and forward us your tracking number.
