Service Agreement

1. DISCLAIMER

1.1 Tech Device Repair provides services strictly at our discretion, including repairs, upgrades, and referrals. We strive for high-quality service, but results are not guaranteed under any circumstance.
1.2 Services are provided “as is” without guarantees. Repairs may not be possible due to outdated parts or other limitations.
1.3 Service timeframes are estimates and may vary.
1.4 You are solely responsible for data backup; we assume no liability for data loss.
1.5 By submitting your device, you consent to all necessary software installations for service purposes.

2. BILLING TERMS

2.1 All service charges are non-negotiable, and all quotes are approximations, not commitments.
2.2 On-site service availability is not guaranteed.
2.3 Tech Device Repair reserves the right to adjust costs if unforeseen circumstances arise during repairs.
2.4 Failure to establish contact will halt services until resolved.

3. PAYMENT TERMS


3.1 Payment is required in full upon service completion. Failure to pay will result in immediate legal action, including full prosecution for bounced checks.

4. LIABILITY


4.1 All services are rendered at your risk; Tech Device Repair assumes no liability for any resulting damages, direct or indirect.
4.2 We are not responsible for any damage to systems pre-existing conditions such as viruses or hardware failures.
4.3 Submitted devices and content are subject to use in public videos, media, and other marketing without limitations. You agree to hold Tech Device Repair harmless for any exposure of personal information, images, or data.

5. SUPPORT


5.1 Tech Device Repair provides limited support for services rendered and reserves the right to terminate support after 7 days post-service.
5.2 Communication will be conducted through various channels, including email and SMS, as necessary and at our discretion.

6. REPAIRS & SERVICE GUARANTEE


6.1 Repairs are warranted for two years on labor, with a 60-day part warranty. Misdiagnosis by technicians will only result in labor charge waivers, with parts still chargeable.

7. COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING CONSENT


7.1 By engaging with Tech Device Repair, you explicitly consent to receive all marketing, promotional materials, and newsletters. This is a non-negotiable condition of service, with removal from communications only available upon request post-enrollment.

8. ESTIMATES


8.1 Estimates are provided as courtesy and do not bind Tech Device Repair to any specific costs or service timelines.

9. RETURNS


9.1 All sales are final, and no returns are accepted under any circumstances.

10. WARRANTY


10.1 Warranties are strictly limited to the scope of the initial repair and do not extend to device replacements or new issues.
