How To Ship An Xbox Cheaply and Efficiently

To ship your Xbox for repair, start by filling out a Repair Ticket Request online and selecting “Mail-In Repair”. Obtain a free USPS Medium Flat Rate Box 2 (A-D) from your local USPS office. Fold the box flaps as instructed, place 4-6 sheets of newspaper at the bottom for padding, and wrap the Xbox with folded newspaper to protect it. Insert the Xbox into the box with additional padding around the edges. Seal the box securely and don’t forget to include your repair ticket number. Provide us with the tracking number once shipped.
